What is your exchange/return policy?

All orders are mailed labeled with a return address please contact us below for any inquiries regarding exchanges/returns. Please include your order number in all inquiries. We are committed to providing quality service. If there is an issue with your order please contact within 7 days of receiving your order. We accept returns/exchanges If we made a mistake and you receive the wrong item, size, damaged, or misprinted shirt. We will be happy to replace this for you at no additional charge. We do not offer refunds, only store credit and/or replacements.

Can I use more than one discount code per order?

Unfortunately, only one discount code can be applied per order. 

I forgot to apply my discount code!

That's okay! Before placing a new duplicate order, we ask that you please reach out to us first. More often than not, we can apply the code for you and will issue a refund for the difference. This is as long as another code has not already been applied.

I received an incorrect or damaged item. What should I do?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will gladly get a replacement issued to you immediately. 

We will not replace items that have signs of wear or if they have been washed, so please reach out to us as soon as possible. If an item is sent back in this condition, a 20% restocking fee will apply.

We do not offer refunds, only replacements, store credit, or the option to exchange.

I love my new shirt! How should I wash it?

We recommend that you wash your shirt turned inside out with like colors in cold water. Avoid the use of fabric softener, as this will reduce the lifetime of the print and cause it to crack. Either hang to try or tumble low.

*Due to the dying process, the tie-dye items may bleed when washed. 

Will you have more designs, sizes, and styles in the future?

Absolutely! We are working hard on our product line! 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do!

Do you cover any customs fees set by our country?

We do not cover any additional fees/costs/tariffs that your country may require. If you refuse to pay these customs fees and your packages are returned to sender, you agree to forfeit a 20% restocking fee. 

Where is your company located?

Meow is based near Naples, Florida!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders ship during regular business hours Monday-Friday 8a-4p EST. Standard production time is 2-3, sometimes up to 7 business days. Everything we sell is made-to-order to cut down on our environmental impact. If your order has been in pre-shipment for longer than 7 business days, please feel free to reach out to us for an update on your order. 

Will I be notified when my order is shipped?

Yes! You will receive a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another with tracking information when your order is sent to print. 

Will I receive a tracking number?

Of course! All orders are shipped through USPS and include tracking. The tracking number will be sent to the email that you provided at checkout, as soon as your order is sent to print. Please note that the Order Number is not your tracking number. 

My package tracking says that it was delivered, but I have not received it?

Once a package is marked as delivered by the designated mail carrier, unfortunately, Meow.com is no longer liable for the items in the package. This includes packages that may have been stolen from the designated place that the carrier left it. It is at this point, the customer's responsibility to contact USPS and file a missing mail claim. We are here to provide any additional information needed to file a claim.

Meow.com is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address. We ask that you please double-check the address entered at checkout before submitting your order. There is no guarantee that address modifications can be made once the order has been submitted. If the package is returned to Meow due to an incorrect address entry, a reshipment fee will be issued before the order is shipped out a second time.

I have moved from the address, but placed an order to be delivered at my old address:

In the case that an address has recently changed without notice, it is the customer's responsibility to call the carrier and update the information they have for proper forwarding. Meow.com is not responsible for packages that are delivered to the incorrect address if the address entered at checkout matches the shipping label, (this includes any returns/exchanges as well.)

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept both PayPal and credit card payments! You do not need a PayPal account to pay!

Will my card be charged when I order?

All customers are charged at the time of purchase, as this is how our website platform functions. We apologize for any inconvenience.  

Do you accept donations?

We are not a charity. We are a business and therefore do not accept donations. 

The color of my shirt is slightly off from the picture. Is this normal?

Absolutely. Due to screen resolution and brightness settings that vary between devices, the colors may be slightly off from the original item color.

 

What about Covid-19?

We are currently practicing all safety guidelines provided by the state of Ohio and Governor Dewine. This includes reduced staff and proper sanitation methods. Due to this, email response times as well as delivery times could be slightly delayed. We promise that we are working very hard to make sure all customers have a pleasant experience with us here at Meow, and appreciate your patience and understanding during this difficult time.
