What is your exchange/return policy?
All Sales are final. As of Sept. 6, 2022 we are no longer authorizing returns or refunds of any kind. Please be sure to use the size charts provided to ensure the correct item is ordered.
We will gladly replace or exchange items that arrive incorrectly or damaged. Please reach out to us via email within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange and we will issue a return label for the item(s).
Can I use more than one discount code per order?
Unfortunately we only allow one discount code/ discount per order.
I received a damaged item. What should I do?
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of the delivery date, and we would be happy to resolve the issue for you free of charge.
I received the wrong item What should I do?
-If you receive the wrong item please contact us within 5 days of the delivery date and we will get the correct shirt shipped free of charge.
I love my new shirt! How should I wash it?
Please wash in cold water with like colors. After your first wash the shirt should get noticeably softer.
Will you have more designs, sizes, and styles in the future?
- Yes, we are working hard on our product line!
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do!
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Orders ship everyday but Sunday at 9pm eastern time so if you order early in the morning it may ship the same day.
Will I be notified when my order is shipped?
- Yes! You will receive a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is sent out.
Will I receive a tracking number?
- Yes of course! All orders are shipped through USPS and include tracking. The tracking number will be sent to the email that you provided at checkout, as soon as your order ships. Please note that the Order Number is not your tracking number.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept both PayPal and credit card payments! You do not need a PayPal account to pay!
Will my card be charged when I order?
All customers are charged at the time of purchase as this is how our website platform functions. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Do you accept donations?
We are not a charity, we are a business so we do not accept donations.
Do you cover any customs fees set by our country?
We do not cover any additional fees/costs/tariffs that your country may require.
The color of my shirt is slightly off from the picture is this normal?
Yes, everyone's screen displays slightly different colors and photo lighting may show a slightly different color.
My package tracking says that it was delivered, but I have not received it?
If a package states that it is delivered by the designated mail carrier, unfortunately Cats.org has no control over the package from that point on. Some common reasons for that may be that the package was delivered in a parcel box, or at the front door of the residence. What you will need to do is immediately call the carrier and make a claim of a missing package.
I have moved from the address, but placed an order to be delivered at my old address:
If you have moved or relocated, it is the customers responsibility to call the carrier and update the information they have for proper forwarding, Cats.org is not responsible for packages that are delivered to the incorrect address, if the address given matches the shipping label, (this includes any returns/exchanges as well.)
