If you are not 100% satisfied with your order we will gladly replace or exchange items that arrive incorrectly or damaged. Please reach out to us via email within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange and we will issue a return label for the item(s).
If you wish to exchange your items for a different size, color, or design, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process so we can help get you exactly what you're looking for.
*All items must be returned in the condition they were shipped. They must not be worn, stained, or laundered (this includes hair and odorless). If items are returned in a state other than how they were shipped, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
*We only offer refunds in the form of an exchange or store credit. This includes orders that are canceled. This is due to the donation that is calculated at checkout.
